The posture of worship is an open hand. It’s symbolic of a life open to give to God and receive from God and it’s not just a posture for Sunday morning. We hold our resources with an open hand and worship God by giving. Surprisingly, as we raise an open hand during corporate worship and give God glory we end up receiving so much more in return. The same thing is true with money, as we open handedly give of our resources we end up receiving more than we could imagine. Let’s be people who continue to excel in the grace of giving.
